Laser Powder Bed Fusion Added to Additive Manufacturing Services

Humboldt, South Dakota (December 6, 2021) - Primary Manufacturing (“Primary” or “Primary Mfg”) announced the addition of laser powder bed fusion to their additive manufacturing capabilities.  With production-grade metal 3D printing, Primary has expanded both its processes and materials to meet customer demand and accommodate steel parts.

New Metal Materials:

  • 4340: Strong, ductile hardenable steel
